Samedi 23 octobre à 15 heures : Assemblée générale du club avec en particulier les points suivants:

• bilan sportif de l'année
• bilan financier
• compte rendu sur la manifestation "Tous en Jeux"
• compétitions à venir (open, championnat, handicap)
• incertitudes sur l'avenir de la FFJD ( et par conséquent sur le paiement des licences)

On considère qu’avec un pion de plus sans compensations la partie est gagnée. Par ailleurs, un joueur qui gagnerait un autre à chaque partie tendrait asymptotiquement vers un capital de 500 points de plus que son adversaire. En conséquence, pour équilibrer une partie, il faut rendre 1 pion pour chaque tranche de 500 points en capital.

Cependant les joueurs les plus forts sont quand même avantagés, car ce n’est que quand on atteint 500 que l'on rend un pion .Le plus fort est donc avantagé pour des différences inférieures. Pour compenser cet avantage, on peut partir sur le rendement de pion à chaque différence de 400 points. Cette compensation sera amplifiée par le rendement du demi-pion, à chaque tranche de 200 points.

Cela nécessite de faire des matchs aller retour pour rendre des demi-pions.

Ainsi un rendement d’un pion et demi se traduit par une partie avec rendement du pion suivi d’une partie avec le rendement de 2 pions.

Sur cette base en découle le tableau de rendements ci-dessous qui nous servira la saison prochaine pour le tout nouveau championnat handicap.

Voici un programme approximatif à adapter en fonction du déroulement de la journée

3 pièces contre une ne seront pas jouées, et l’arbitre pourra déclarer nulle certaines positions, le joueur ayant un désavantage net ne pouvant pas refuser la nulle.

Ce tournoi vous donnera l’occasion d’essayer d’autres jeux selon vos envies ou de jouer encore plus aux dames. Le déroulement des rencontres sera adapté en fonction de la fréquentation et de l’organisation pour se terminer par des demi-finales et une finale selon le système Chizov.

C'est-à-dire 5 minutes + 5 secondes par coup, et en cas de parties nulle, on conserve l’état des pendules pour jouer la (ou les)  partie(s) suivante(s) jusqu’au gain de l’une d’entre elle.

A partir de la 3eme partie l’arbitre pourra la déclarer comme ultime partie. Dans ce cas, le vainqueur sera désigné au nombre de pièces (1ere dame =3 pions, les autres 2 pions), et en cas d’égalité au pièces, victoire pour celui qui détient la grande diagonale.

Vu les circonstances  plein air, foule , circulation, le tournoi ne sera pas homologué ni à la FFDJ, ni à la ligue.

Les rencontres seront organisées pour donner  à  tous une chance de participer à la phase finale. Des prix récompenseront tous les finalistes et demi-finalistes.

9^th EUROPEAN VETERANS CHAMPIONSHIP

Cecilienstraße 92, 12683, Berlin, Germany,from 8^th October till 15^th October, 2010

1. General information
   1. The organization of the European Veteran Championship 2010 has been allotted by the EDC to the German Draughts Federation (GDF) (Interessengemeinschaft Damespiel in Deutschaland)  and will take place on October, 8-15, 2010. (Arriving day October 8^th ) in playing hall - Cecilienstraße 92 12683 Berlin
   2. Opening ceremony - 9^th October12⁰⁰  
      Closing ceremony - 15^th October after round 9^th ~ 14⁰⁰.

   1. Blitz championship – on Friday 8^th at 17⁰⁰

   3. There are planned three age groups for women and men: > 50 +; > 60 +; >70 +
   4. The tournament will be supervised by main referee International Arbiter nominated by EDC.
   5. This document and FMJD rules are valid for them and for the competitors.
   6. All costs for travel and visa expenses as well as traveling, food and lodging and visa expenses for players and accompanying persons have to be paid by their national federations or by themselves.
   7. Application from the federations should be send into EDC office (viktoria@europedraughts.org) before September 1^st.
   8. There are no limits un applications from one federation.
   9. About documents needed for visa please contact with Jan Zioltkowski.

1. Fees &Prices
   1. Entrance fee is 40 € .
   2. Paying fee it is a federations duty, so amount of fee from Federations will be counted not based on players present in Berlin but based on numbers of players in applications.
   3. Without full participation fee paid by a federation, it is impossible for any players from that federation to play.
   4. In case of extraordinary situation, a federation should inform EDC in written form about resignation of player(s).  Only in this case fee can be reduced:

   1. The players of each age group finishing in the first three places will receive a medals and an official diploma of European Championship.
   2. Prices: 1^st place 5/10 from price fond, 2^nd place 3/10 from price fond, 3^rd place 2/10 from price fond. If more then 40 players then 4^th&5^th - 100€. (Provisional – changes possible)
   3. Details about exact dividing of it will be announced to the public before round II.
   4. Fee for blitz tournament is 10€
   5. Price to Blitz tournament – 100% of fees for prices.
